Preparation

Mix the water, sugar and yeast in a cup. Cover the mixture and leave it in a warm place for 10 minutes until it foams. Place the flour and salt in the stainless steel mixing bowl of the MixMaster. Add the yeast mixture and the olive oil. Mix with the dough hook on low speed (1-2) for about 2 minutes or until the mixture forms a ball. Knead on low speed (1-2) for a further 8 minutes. Remove the dough from the bowl. Lightly grease the bowl and put the dough back in. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until the dough has doubled in volume. Push the air out of the dough with a fist. Cut the dough in two.

Take a piece of dough and roll it out on a lightly floured surface. Place it on a lightly greased pizza mould and stretch the dough until the mould is filled. Do the same with the other piece of dough. Cover and leave to rest for 20-30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the pizza with tomato sauce and top with goat's cheese, Parma ham and red onion. Sprinkle the pizza with honey. Place the pizza on a grid or pizza baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve the pizza with rocket salad.

Tip: would you prefer a thick pizza base? Then make 1 pizza with the dough!
