Avocado chocolate shake

Requirements

  • 1 small avocado, cut into thin strips
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1-2 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Greek low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 pinch of honey, optional
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 250 ml chilled semi-skimmed milk

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in the blender cup and finally add the chilled semi-skimmed milk. Blend well until you get a smooth result. Is the shake too thick to drink? Then add some more semi-skimmed milk.
