- 50 ml fresh orange juice
- 100 ml chilled champagne / cava or prosecco
- Cold champagne glass
- One slice of orange
Preparation
Pour the fresh orange juice into a glass. Slowly top up the glass with 100 ml of champagne. Garnish with a slice of orange.
Virgin Buck Fizz cocktail: Replace the champagne, cava or prosecco with 7-Up, Sprite or a sparkling water.
