Requirements

  • 30ml white rum
  • 30ml dark rum
  • 30ml overproof rum
  • 30ml orange juice
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 15ml pomegranate syrup
  • Glass: tiki cup or long drink glass.
  • Garnish: piece of dried pineapple and fresh mint sprig.

Preparation

1. Pour the white rum, dark rum, overproof rum, orange juice, lime juice into a shaker tin.
2. Fill the shaker tin with ice cubes and shake hard.
3. Fill the tiki cup or a large long drink glass with ice cubes.
4. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
5. Garnish with a piece of dried pineapple and a sprig of fresh mint.
