Cherry Dump Cake

Requirements

  • 2 cans (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
  • 1 box (15 ounces) vegan cake mix
  • ½ cup (1 stick) vegan butter, sliced

Garnish :

  • Vegan vanilla ice cream (optional)

Preparation

  1. Coat the inside of your Slow Cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Pour cherry pie filling into your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle cake mix on top of filling, but do not mix together.
  3. Evenly cover the top with butter slices, covering as much of the mix as possible.
  4. Cover; cook on LOW for 4 hours or on HIGH for 2 hours.
  5. Serve with vegan ice cream and enjoy!
