Requirements
- 2 panini buns (or other bread of choice)
- 50 g tomato tapenade
- 60 g sliced chroizo
- 50 g cream cheese
- 40 g mozzarella in slices
Preparation
Preheat the Espressions Smart Grill to the highest setting. Cut the buns open and spread one half with tapenade and the other half with cream cheese. Cut the chorizo and mozzarella into slices and put them on the rolls. Place the sandwiches on the preheated Espressions Smart Grill, close the grill and grill for 6-8 minutes at the highest setting.
