Arabica & Robusta
De Arabica bonen in deze melange zijn afkomstig uit verschillende regio’s in Brazilië. Deze koffiebonen worden handmatig en machinaal geplukt. De smaak is zoet, nootachtig met een vleugje chocolade.
De Canephora is een Robusta variant welke gebruikt wordt in onze Delicato. Afkomstig uit verschillende regio’s in India, waar de bonen handgeplukt worden. Deze soort groeit op een hoogte van 700m tot 1600m. De smaak gaat richting zoet, donkere chocolade met een notige nasmaak.
