Keep food fresh for longer whilst preserving its flavour, texture and moisture content. Espressions Magic Vac® vacuum rolls feature a patented 240-micron multi-layer structure for maximum air removal, a strong, reliable seal and excellent puncture resistance.

The outer nylon layer forms an effective barrier against moisture and odours, whilst the BPA-free material is washable and reusable, reducing waste. 100% made in Italy and designed for powerful vacuum performance.

Ideal for storage in the fridge and freezer, defrosting in the microwave and sous-vide cooking. The material is suitable for sous-vide cooking up to 90 °C for 8 hours or up to 70 °C for a maximum of 72 hours.
