Each type of food needs its own drying temperature to dry properly. For this purpose, the Smart Food Dehydrator can be set per 5 degrees, between 35° and 85° Celsius. For example, you can easily dry herbs and flowers at low temperatures, while meat can be dried at high temperatures.
The drying time is also adjustable, very handy for when you would forget that there is something to dry! The timer can be set from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
