Every ingredient has its ideal drying temperature. Set the temperature from 35°C to 85°C in 5-degree steps, from gentle drying for herbs and flowers to higher temperatures for meat.
The clear, intuitive Touch Control panel makes temperature and time easy to set. The adjustable 30-minute to 24-hour timer takes care of the rest and automatically stops when the drying time is complete.
