Requirements

  • 6 medium ripe tomatoes, cored and halved
  • 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Finely chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil or oregano), optional
