Papaya smoothie

Requirements

  • 200 g ripe papaya 
  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Pinch of ginger powder

Preparation

Peel and scrape the seeds from the papaya. Place the papaya in a mixing bowl. Puree the papaya using a hand blender. Add the Greek yoghurt, milk, honey and ginger and mix until smooth. Add the lime juice. Serve with a pinch of ginger.
