Mushroom cream soup

Requirements

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g onions
  • 300 g chicken stock or 1 bouillon tablet in hot water
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Finely chopped parsley as garnish

Preparation

Put the onions, garlic, butter, salt and pepper in the mixing bowl. Set for: 20 sec / setting 5. Spatula the ingredients to the knife. Set: 5 min, 80ºC, position 1. Add the mushrooms. Adjust: 15 sec, speed 4. Add the stock and the cream. Adjust: 10 min, 100ºC, position 1. Puree the soup, put a cloth over the lid and hold. Set: 2.30 min, mode 3 and slowly increase to mode 5. Serve the soup with parsley.
