Red fruit smoothie bowl

Requirements

  • 30 g red fruit cereal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 large handful of strawberries cut into pieces
  • 1/2 banana, cut into pieces
  • 300 ml semi-skimmed milk

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in the blender cup and finally add the 300 ml semi-skimmed milk. Blend the ingredients well until you get a smooth result. Is the smoothie still too thick? Then add some more semi-skimmed milk. Empty the blender cup into a bowl and sprinkle on some extra chia seeds. Add some fresh fruit and enjoy this delicious summer smoothie.
