Hickory Pork Ribs

Requirements

  • 4 ½ pounds pork spareribs
  • ⅓ cup Texas BBQ rub
  • 4 cups Smokey BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ cup beef stock
  • Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat your Pressure Cooker. Add 1 tablespoon oil and brown ribs in batches.
  2. In a large bowl, mix BBQ rub, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Coat ribs with mixture.
  3. Place steaming rack into your pressure cooker. Add beef stock into the pressure cooker and place ribs onto the rack.
  4. Cover; cook on MEAT/STEW for 15 minutes, or until ribs are fully cooked. Natural release pressure for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove ribs and place onto a warm serving tray.
  6. Heat the sauce until it begins to bubble.
  7. Pour sauce over ribs and garnish with fresh parsley leaves. Enjoy!
