Requirements

  • 1 Italian bread (ciabatta) or baguette
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • Dried rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt

Preparation

Cut the bread into 1 to 2 centimetre slices. Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub them over the bread slices. If you do not have any garlic cloves at home you can also sprinkle the bread evenly with garlic powder. Chop the rosemary finely. Sprinkle a little olive oil, finely chopped rosemary and coarse sea salt over each slice of bread. Set the food dehydrator to 70 degrees and dry the crostinis for 30 minutes.
