Requirements

  • 45ml Pekoe Supreme Ceylon liqueur
  • 20ml cognac
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 20ml orange syrup
  • Glass: Coupe
  • Garnish: syrup wafer and sprig of mint

Preparation

1. Pour the tea liqueur, cognac, lemon juice and orange syrup into a shaker tin.
2. Fill the shaker tin with ice cubes and shake hard.
3. Fine strain the cocktail in a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a syrup wafer and a sprig of fresh mint.
