Sunshine Smoothie

Requirements

  • 240ml Sweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Large Handfuls of Baby Spinach
  • Half of a Medium Sized Banana
  • 1 Small Peach or 2 Apricots (stone removed)

Preparation

1. Add the washed spinach, along with half of a banana.   
2. Cut the peach or apricots into chunks and add this to the blending beaker.
3. Pour in the almond milk and use the Blender Shaft to blitz all of the ingredients into a smooth drink.
4. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Our advice
Be sure to keep the other half as a snack, for another smoothie, or freeze and blend into Banana Ice Cream!
Top with fresh berries and a dusting of cinnamon for a burst of freshness and a hint of spice.
