Requirements

  • 1,5 scoop protein powder
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 300 ml chilled semi-skimmed milk

Preparation

Put all ingredients in the blender cup, finally add the chilled semi-skimmed milk. Blend well until you get a smooth result. Enjoy your smoothie.
