Carrot, orange and apple smoothie

Requirements

  • 1 large handful of sweet carrots in pieces
  • 1 apple, core-free, cut into 8 equal parts
  • 1 orange cut into segments
  • 1/2 banana cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Chilled fresh orange juice

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in the blender and finally add the fresh orange juice. Blend well until a thin and smooth result is achieved. Optionally, add some extra milk to make the smoothie a little creamier.
